Localized water chlorine generation

• Solar (used panel ok!) and garden hose powered chlorine generation from table salt for immediate use to prevent typhoid and other pathogens at a localized level. 
• The garden hoses can be extended to cover large areas of polluted areas with a flow rate of 3-5 Gallons per minute (GPM) or 200 Gallons an hour.
• Can be used for wash down Hazmat equipment.
• Chlorine level is adjusted by salt contact and flowrate.
