Our new technological advance potentially blends the existing vorticial patent with new geometry, plate configuration and anodic acid washes to counter the harsh produced and frac water potential for passivation.

These new trade secret improvements also deal with a potential Disinfection By Products' generation in the original technology by adding a Redox reaction step through the introduction of Oxygen Reaction Species and Hydrogen Reducing compounds at the polish-final stage.  DBP can contaminate a formation and should be avoided.

In addition to handling FeS, H2S, DBP and SRB,  the innovation addresses:

1. Slick water: an alleged cause of earthquakes around disposal wells. This new process will remove most traces of oil and grease prior to disposal.
